Target Information
BTBD12 유전자는 구조 특이적 endonuclease 서브유닛을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 중앙 BTB 도메인을 포함하며, ERCC4(XPF)-ERCC1, MUS81-EME1, SLX1 endonucleases와 복합체를 형성하고, MSH2/MSH3 mismatch repair complex, TERF2(TRF2)-TERF2IP(RAP1) telomere binding complex, PLK1 kinase 및 미확인 단백질 C20orf94와도 결합합니다. 이 복합체는 특정 DNA 손상의 수리에 필요하며, replication fork failure에 대한 세포 반응에 중요합니다. BTBD12 단백질은 여러 구조 특이적 endonuclease의 조립을 위한 docking 플랫폼 역할을 합니다.
