Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g for 5 min).

SCN3A (NaV1.3) mediates voltage-dependent sodium ion permeability in excitable membranes.
The protein forms a sodium-selective channel that opens or closes in response to voltage differences across the membrane, allowing Na⁺ ions to pass according to their electrochemical gradient.
