Target Information
Moesin is a member of the talin–4.1 superfamily and acts as a linker between the plasma membrane and the actin cytoskeleton. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines, but not in blood cells. Moesin is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
