Target Information
LAIR1 (CD305)는 자연살해(NK)세포, B세포, T세포의 세포독성 기능을 음성 조절하는 억제 수용체로 작용합니다. Tyr 인산화에 의해 PTPN6 및 PTPN11 인산화효소를 활성화하며, 세포 내 Ca²⁺ 증가를 억제합니다. 또한 SH2 함유 인산화효소와 독립적으로 작용할 수 있습니다.
CD4⁺ T세포의 IL2 및 IFNG 생산을 억제하고, TGF-β 분비를 유도합니다. B세포에서 IgG 및 IgE 생산을 감소시키며, IL8, IL10, TNF 분비를 억제합니다.
골수성 백혈병 세포주에서 증식을 억제하고, NF-κB p65(RELA) 핵 이동 및 I-κBα(CHUK) 인산화를 방지합니다. 또한 말초혈액 전구세포의 수지상세포 분화를 억제합니다.
