This secondary antibody is designed for fluorescent Western blot detection on various near-infrared fluorescence instruments. It enables multi-color and multiplexing detection when used with other Alexa Fluor™ dye-conjugated antibodies. It is also suitable for immunofluorescent and fluorescent imaging applications with appropriate excitation and detection systems.

Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target antibodies. Secondary antibodies provide enhanced versatility and sensitivity, allowing multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification via multiple binding events.
Typically generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, they can be further purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
