Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and highly specific for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets, and support multiple detection systems such as HRP, AP, and fluorescence. Signal amplification increases sensitivity as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified for enhanced specificity and performance.
