Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. - Western Blot: Use 0.5–2 µg/mL for 2 hours at room temperature.

Cytokeratin pan belongs to a subfamily of intermediate filament proteins characterized by biochemical diversity, represented in human epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides.
Cytokeratins range in molecular weight between 40–68 kDa and have an isoelectric pH between 4.9–7.8.
Human cytokeratins are numbered 1–20, with expression patterns varying by epithelium type, maturation degree, and differentiation.
These patterns aid in distinguishing epithelial malignancies and are valuable in tumor diagnosis, cytopathology, and flow cytometry.
Cytokeratin pairs vary with cell type, differentiation stage, growth environment, and disease state.
