• Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
  Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
  For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 min.

• Western Blot:
  Use 0.5–2 µg/mL for 2 hours at room temperature.

Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군으로, 인간 상피 조직에서 최소 20개의 서로 다른 폴리펩타이드로 구성되어 있습니다.
Cytokeratin의 분자량은 약 40–68 kDa이며, 등전점은 pH 4.9–7.8 범위입니다.
각 상피 조직은 세포 유형, 분화 정도, 성장 환경 및 질병 상태에 따라 고유한 cytokeratin 조합을 발현합니다.

Cytokeratin 아형 발현 패턴은 다양한 상피성 악성종을 구분하는 데 유용하며, 종양의 면역조직화학적 진단, 세포병리학, 유세포분석 등에서 활용됩니다.
케라틴은 암 연구와 종양 진단을 위한 중요한 마커로 널리 사용됩니다.
