기존 이름 8H9 또는 Burtomab으로 알려져 있으며, 방사성 동위원소와 결합되어 신경모세포종 세포 표면의 B7-H3 항원에 결합할 수 있습니다.
이 항체는 뇌척수액 내로 직접 주입되어 혈뇌장벽을 우회함으로써 중추신경계 내 신경모세포종을 정확히 표적화하며, 기존 방사선 치료에서 발생할 수 있는 학습장애나 발달 지연 등의 부작용을 줄이는 데 도움이 됩니다.
