Target Information
SMAD2 (MADH2, MAD2)는 세포 증식, 사멸, 분화 등 다양한 세포 과정 조절에 관여합니다. SMAD2는 TGF-β 수용체와 상호작용하여 신호 전달을 매개하며, 인산화에 의해 SMAD4와 결합해 핵으로 이동하여 전사 억제 복합체를 형성합니다. 또한 activin type 1 receptor kinase에 의해 인산화되어 activin 신호를 매개할 수 있습니다. 다양한 스플라이싱 변형체가 보고되었습니다.
