Target Information
Overexpression of PDCD2L attenuates TNF-alpha release in Daudi cells. PDCD2L overexpression restrains proliferation of HEK293T cells. DNA/flow cytometry analysis shows that PDCD2L overexpression delays cell cycle progression at S phase. These findings suggest that PDCD2L may play a role in apoptosis.
