Target Information
HLA-DO는 B세포에서 DNalpha와 DObeta 서브유닛으로 구성된 이형이량체로, 각각 비고전적 class II 유전자 HLA-DNA 및 HLA-DOB의 산물입니다. DO는 내형질망에서 DM과 강하게 결합하여 리소좀 소낭으로 운반되며, 항원 처리 및 제시에 관여합니다. 또한 DM의 안정화 및 펩타이드 적재 효율을 높이는 역할을 하며, 항원제시세포(APC)인 B세포, 수지상세포, 흉선 상피세포에서 선택적으로 발현됩니다. DO-DM 복합체는 빈 DR 분자를 보호하는 데 효과적이며, DO는 DM의 보조 샤페론으로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티도믹스 연구에서 신항원(neoantigen)의 동정 및 특성 분석에 활용됩니다.
