Target Information
STK32C (also known as YANK3) is a member of the YANK family and a serine/threonine protein kinase (~486 aa) that requires magnesium for catalytic activity. Two isoforms are generated by alternative splicing, and the protein undergoes serine phosphorylation by upstream kinases. STK32C is conserved across species including chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, rat, and chicken.
