PIK3C3 (hVPS34)는 PI3 Kinase 계열의 유일한 class III 멤버로, phosphatidylinositol (PI)을 인산화하여 phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate [PI(3)P]를 생성합니다. 이는 FYVE 및 Phox 도메인을 가진 하위 효과기를 막으로 유도합니다.
