- Western blot에서 약 10%의 교차 반응성이 recombinant human Serpin B8, Serpin B9, Serpin B6에서 관찰됨
- rhSerpin A1, D1, E2, I2 및 recombinant mouse Serpin A1, C1, E1, F1, F2에서는 1% 미만의 교차 반응성
- 사용 전 멸균 PBS에 0.2 mg/mL 농도로 재구성 권장
Target Information
SERPINB8 (Protease inhibitor-8, PI8)은 고분자량 세린 단백질분해효소 억제제(superfamily of serine proteinase inhibitors)에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 reactive center loop가 β-sheet A와 C를 연결하며, ov-serpin 하위 패밀리에 속합니다.
PI8은 archetypal serpin PI1과 비교하여 닭 ovalbumin과의 높은 상동성을 가지며, N- 및 C-말단 확장이 없고, signal peptide가 없으며, penultimate 위치에 serine 잔기를 가집니다.
