Target Information
Human Leukocyte Antigens (HLA) are highly polymorphic proteins involved in presenting antigens to T-cell receptors.
There are two classes of HLA antigens:
- Class I: HLA A, HLA B, HLA C
- Class II: HLA D
This antibody can be used for HLA typing.
HLA and MHC antibodies play a significant role in Immunopeptidomics, enabling identification and characterization of neoantigens using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry.
