Target Information
XRCC1 (X-ray cross complementing factor-1)은 DNA 염기 절제 복구(Base Excision Repair)에 관여하는 단백질입니다. 약 70 kDa 크기의 단백질로, poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), DNA Ligase III, DNA polymerase beta 등과 물리적으로 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. XRCC1은 BRCT(BRCA1 carboxyl terminus) 도메인을 포함하며, 이 도메인은 단백질-단백질 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
