- Each lot’s sensitivity is verified by ELISA, and specificity confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
- Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve.
- Centrifuge to remove particulates before use.
- Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
- Product stable for 1 year from date of receipt.
- Based on IEP, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin guinea pig serum immunoglobulins.
