Target Information
Anti-Hamster secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and characterized for specificity to hamster immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification. Commonly produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins of the target species, they can be further purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
