Product Description
이 키트는 Illumina 플랫폼용 16S V3-V4 앰플리콘 라이브러리 준비에 필요한 모든 분자 시약(프라이머, 효소 혼합물, 인덱스, 버퍼)을 포함합니다.
AMPure XP Magnetic Beads(고객 제공)를 사용한 PCR 정제 단계 지침이 포함되어 있으며, 두 단계에서 생성된 핵산 제품을 신속히 정제할 수 있습니다.
정제된 DNA 입력은 다양한 시료 원천(대변, 토양, 물, 침, 식물, 소변, 피부, 질, 볼, 비강, 혈장/혈청, 혀, 잇몸 등)에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
워크플로우는 약 4시간 내에 완료되며, 다음 단계로 구성됩니다:
- Amplicon PCR: 16S rRNA를 암호화하는 DNA의 V3-V4 영역 증폭
- PCR Clean-Up: AMPure XP 비드로 정제
- Index PCR: 듀얼 인덱스 프라이머 추가
- Final Clean-Up: Indexed amplicon 정제
