Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

• Sandwich ELISA recommended dilution: Capture with A02229-40 and detect with A02230-40
  • Capture: 1–5 µg/mL
  • Detection: 0.5–1 µg/mL
• Competitive ELISA recommended dilution: 1–5 µg/mL

The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2–3 weeks at 2–8°C or up to 12 months at -20°C or below.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Target Information

Denosumab is a fully human IgG2 monoclonal antibody specific to receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand (RANKL). It suppresses bone resorption markers in patients with various metastatic tumors and is under investigation for prevention and treatment of bone metastases.
Chemically, it consists of 2 heavy and 2 light chains.

• Each light chain: 215 amino acids
• Each heavy chain: 448 amino acids with 4 intramolecular disulfides
