• Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
• Sandwich ELISA recommended dilution: 0.5–2 µg/mL
• Competitive ELISA recommended dilution: 1–10 µg/mL
• The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
• Upon reconstitution, store for 2–3 weeks at 2–8°C or up to 12 months at -20°C or below.
• Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Target Information

Ocrelizumab is a CD20-directed cytolytic antibody indicated for the treatment of patients with relapsing or primary progressive forms of multiple sclerosis. It is a second-generation recombinant humanized monoclonal IgG1 antibody that selectively targets B lymphocytes expressing the CD20 antigen. As a humanized molecule, ocrelizumab is expected to be less immunogenic with repeated infusions, improving the benefit-to-risk profile for patients with relapsing or progressive forms of MS.
