Hematopoietic cell kinase (HCK)는 SRC 관련 키나아제로, 림프계 및 조혈세포에서 발현되며 일부 백혈병 형태에서 역할을 할 수 있습니다. HCK는 단백질 타이로신 키나아제로, Fc 수용체를 호흡 폭발 활성화와 연결하는 데 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 호중구 이동 및 탈과립 과정에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 비표준 개시코돈(CUG)을 포함한 번역 개시 부위의 다양성으로 인해 서로 다른 세포 내 위치를 갖는 두 가지 이소형이 생성될 수 있습니다.
