WBSCR11 유전자는 WBS 결실 영역 내에 위치하며, GTF2IRD1 또는 GRF2IRD1로도 알려져 있습니다. 이 유전자의 결손은 전사 인자의 손실로 인해 발달적 증상에 기여할 수 있습니다. WBSCR11은 성체 조직 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 형태로 발현되며, 배아 발생 중 특정 시기와 위치에서 발현됩니다.
