Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

This gene encodes uracil phosphoribosyltransferase (UPRT), an enzyme catalyzing the conversion of uracil and 5-phosphoribosyl-1-R-diphosphate to uridine monophosphate (UMP).
This reaction is part of the pyrimidine salvage pathway in nucleotide metabolism. The enzyme localizes to both the nucleus and cytoplasm and is a potential target for drug design against parasitic infections and cancer.
