Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ZKSCAN1 gene encodes a transcriptional regulator of the KRAB domain.
Transcriptional regulatory proteins containing tandemly repeated zinc finger domains are thought to be involved in normal and abnormal cellular proliferation and differentiation.
