Target Information
TRAM2는 콜라겐 I형 합성에 필수적인 단백질로, ER Ca(2+) 펌프 SERCA2B와 트랜스로콘의 활성을 연결하는 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 이러한 결합은 콜라겐 합성 부위의 국소 Ca(2+) 농도를 증가시켜, 콜라겐 접힘에 관여하는 분자 샤페론의 기능에 필요한 환경을 조성할 수 있습니다. 또한 TM4SF20의 첫 번째 막관통 나선 N-말단이 ER 내강에 적절히 삽입되도록 하는 데 필요하며, 세라마이드 감지자로서 조절적 대체 전이(Regulated Alternative Translocation, RAT)에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
