이 항체는 서열 상동성에 기반하여 다음 종에서도 반응할 것으로 예측됩니다: bovine, canine, feline, hamster, mouse, primate, pufferfish, rabbit, rat, porcine, Xenopus.
비환원 조건에서 약 150 kDa의 밴드로 나타나며, 환원 시 약 25 kDa(light chain) 및 50 kDa(heavy chain) 밴드를 형성합니다.
재조합 토끼 단클론 항체는 in vitro 발현 시스템을 이용해 생산되며, 면역 반응성 토끼에서 얻은 항체 DNA 서열을 클로닝하여 제작됩니다.

Target Information
이 유전자는 cysteine-aspartic acid protease (caspase) 계열의 단백질을 암호화합니다.
Caspase들의 연속적 활성화는 세포 사멸(apoptosis)의 실행 단계에서 중심적인 역할을 합니다.
Caspase 3는 caspase 6, 7, 9를 절단 및 활성화하며, caspase 8, 9, 10에 의해 처리됩니다.
또한 Alzheimer’s disease와 관련된 amyloid-beta 4A 전구체 단백질의 절단에 관여합니다.
대체 스플라이싱을 통해 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변형체가 생성됩니다.
