Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용 (샘플 크기에 따라 다름)
- 항체는 동결건조 분말 형태로 실온에서 배송됨
- 수령 후 -20°C에서 보관
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능
- 장기 보관 시 소량으로 나누어 -20°C에서 보관
- 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피해야 함
- 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리 권장

Best2 유전자는 베스트로핀(anion channel) 유전자 패밀리에 속하며, 이들은 유사한 엑손-인트론 구조를 가지지만 3’ 말단이 다릅니다.
Bestrophin 단백질은 방향족 아미노산이 풍부한 상동 영역을 포함하며, 불변의 Arg-Phe-Pro 모티프를 포함합니다.
Best2 유전자의 돌연변이는 황반이영양증(Vitelliform macular dystrophy)과 관련이 있으며, 주로 망막 색소 상피와 결장에서 발현됩니다.
