Target Information
CIRBP (Cold-Inducible RNA-Binding Protein)는 세포 생존에 관여하는 유전자 전사체를 안정화시켜 DNA 손상 스트레스 반응에서 보호 역할을 하는 단백질입니다. 또한 번역 활성화 인자로 작용하며, 저온 조건에서 세포 증식 억제에 필수적인 역할을 수행합니다. 스트레스 반응성 전사체 RPA2 및 TXN의 3'-UTR에 특이적으로 결합하며, 과발현 시 스트레스 과립(SGs) 형성을 촉진하는 번역 억제 인자로도 작용합니다.
