1 µg/mL of MA5-27614 was sufficient for detection of VGLUT1 in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Detects approximately 52 kDa. No cross-reactivity against VGLUT2.
This antibody was formerly sold as clone S28-9.
Target Information
A Na(+)-dependent inorganic phosphate cotransporter; may be involved in neuronal Na+ transport.
