면역원은 인간 자궁경부 상피에서 추출한 세포골격 준비물입니다.
Target Information
Cytokeratins (CK)은 상피세포의 중간 필라멘트로, 각질화 조직(피부)과 비각질화 세포(중피세포) 모두에서 발견됩니다. 일부 미세혈관 내피세포에서도 검출됩니다.
약 40–70 kDa 범위의 20종 이상의 CK가 존재하며, 산성(type I)과 염기성(type II) 두 계열로 구분됩니다. 모든 상피세포는 두 계열의 CK를 최소 하나씩 발현합니다.
Cytokeratin 단백질에 대한 단클론 항체는 종양의 식별 및 분류에 유용한 마커로 사용됩니다.
