Target Information
CEP55 plays a role in mitotic exit and cytokinesis. It recruits PDCD6IP and TSG101 to the midbody during cytokinesis and is required for successful completion of this process. It is not required for microtubule nucleation and also plays a role in brain and kidney development. [UniProt]
