Target Information
SERPINB4, also known as Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen 2 (SCCA-2) or Leupin, directly inhibits human granzyme proteolytic activity. Overexpression of SERPINB4 in HeLa cells has been shown to inhibit recombinant granzyme-induced and NK cell-mediated cell death.
