The monoclonal antibody bg1fpj recognizes mouse CD369 (Dectin-1, CLEC7A), a type II transmembrane protein in the C-type lectin family.
CD369 binds β1,3-glucans found in fungal, plant, and bacterial cell walls. It mediates calcium-dependent signaling via Syk through the ITAM domain, leading to endocytosis/phagocytosis and cytokine production (IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, TNFα, IL-1β, IL-23).
CD369 signaling is linked to Th17 and Th1 differentiation. It is mainly expressed on myeloid cells (neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells) and at low levels on lymphocytes and mucosal epithelium.

• Tested in flow cytometric analysis of mouse peripheral blood cells.
• Recommended usage ≤ 0.125 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
• Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
