Target Information
GAP43 (Neuromodulin) is associated with nerve growth and is expressed by developing and regenerating neurons, as well as reactive glial cells. It is a major component of the motile growth cones at the tips of elongating axons and plays a role in axonal and dendritic filopodia induction.
