Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Members of the nuclear hormone receptor family, such as NR2C2, act as ligand-activated transcription factors.
These proteins contain:
- An N-terminal transactivation domain
- A central DNA-binding domain with two zinc fingers
- A C-terminal ligand-binding domain
The activated receptor/ligand complex translocates to the nucleus, where it binds to hormone response elements of target genes.
