Target Information

PBK (TOPK) is a serine/threonine kinase related to dual-specific mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPKK).
It is up-regulated in various hematological malignancies, activates lymphoid cells, and supports testicular function (spermatogenesis).
Mitotic phosphorylation is required for its catalytic activity, suggesting a role in lymphoid cell activation and spermatogenesis.
