The IL13RA1 protein is a subunit of the interleukin 13 receptor. It forms a receptor complex with IL4 receptor alpha, serving as the primary IL13-binding subunit. This protein interacts with tyrosine kinase TYK2 and mediates signaling that activates JAK1, STAT3, and STAT6 in response to IL13 and IL4.
