Radil은 RA-like domain, PDZ domain, DIL domain을 포함하는 어댑터 단백질로, 활성화된 GTP-bound Rap1과 상호작용하여 integrin 매개 부착을 강화합니다. Radil 발현 억제 시 세포 부착 및 이동 결함이 나타나며, neutrophil의 β2-integrin 활성화 및 FAK, paxillin 인산화를 조절합니다.
