Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

HBEGF (Heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor) is a growth factor that mediates its effects via EGFR, ERBB2, and ERBB4.
It is essential for normal cardiac valve formation and heart function, and promotes smooth muscle cell proliferation.
HBEGF binds EGFR with higher affinity than EGF and is a potent mitogen for smooth muscle cells.
It also functions as a diphtheria toxin receptor.
