Target Information
Epstein Barr Virus BZLF2 단백질은 숙주 B-림프구에 대한 바이리온 부착에 관여하며, HLA class II와 결합하여 바이러스와 숙주 세포막의 융합에 참여합니다. 또한 B-림프구 융합을 유도하고 상피세포 융합을 억제하는 역할을 할 수 있습니다. HLA class II를 통한 T세포 인식도 T세포 수용체-peptide 상호작용의 입체적 방해로 저해할 수 있습니다.
