Target Information
PLK3 (Polo-like kinase 3) is a member of the polo family of serine/threonine kinases. It is involved in the regulation of M phase in the cell cycle. PLK3 contains both a catalytic domain and a putative regulatory domain, and may play a role in regulation of cell cycle progression and tumorigenesis.
