Target Information
NIT2는 오메가-아미다아제(omega-amidase) 활성을 가지며, α-케토글루타라메이트와 α-케토숙시나메이트를 각각 α-케토글루타레이트와 옥살로아세트산으로 전환하여 세포 내 유용한 대사산물로 만듭니다.
NIT2의 과발현은 세포주기의 G2 단계에서 세포를 정지시켜 콜로니 형성 능력을 감소시킵니다.
