Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. These antibodies are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of their targets. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. They are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
