Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HspBP1 is an Hsp70-interacting protein initially isolated from a human heart cDNA library via yeast two-hybrid system. It binds the ATPase domain of Hsp70, inhibiting its chaperone activity. HspBP1 also promotes nucleotide dissociation from Hsc70 and can alter the conformation of the Hsp70 ATPase domain, thereby regulating Hsp70 activity that requires ATPase.
