For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

The CCM2 gene encodes a scaffold protein involved in the stress-activated p38 MAPK signaling cascade.
It interacts with SMAD specific E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1 (SMURF1) via a phosphotyrosine binding domain to promote RhoA degradation.
This protein is essential for maintaining normal cytoskeletal structure, cell-cell interactions, and lumen formation in endothelial cells.
Mutations in this gene are associated with cerebral cavernous malformations.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
