GPR132 (GPCR G2A)은 lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC)의 G-단백질 연결 수용체로, 염증 부위에서 LPC 농도를 감지하여 조직 침윤 세포를 제한하고 자가면역 질환 진행을 억제하는 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 G2/M 체크포인트에서 유사분열을 지연시키며, T 및 B 세포 등의 증식 조절과 DNA 손상 복구에 관여합니다. 대식세포 및 림프구가 풍부한 비장과 흉선에서 높게 발현되며, 심장과 폐에서는 낮게 발현됩니다. 동맥경화 플라크에서는 지질 중심부 및 어깨 부위에서 발현이 관찰됩니다. DNA 손상 유발 인자에 의해 유도됩니다.
