Product Specific Information
- 본 항체는 개(Dog) 및 쥐(Rat) 시료에는 반응하지 않습니다.
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA 고정 시료)의 경우, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.
