Target Information
NEDD4L은 E3 유비퀴틴 단백질 리가아제로서 E2 유비퀴틴 결합 효소로부터 유비퀴틴을 받아 표적 기질에 전달합니다.
이 단백질은 SMAD2 및 TGFR1의 유비퀴틴화와 프로테아좀 의존적 분해를 유도하여 TGF-beta 신호 전달을 억제합니다.
또한 ENaC, Nav1.2, Nav1.3, Nav1.5, Nav1.7, Nav1.8, Kv1.3, EAAT1, CLC5 등의 막 단백질 채널의 유비퀴틴화 및 내재화를 촉진하며, SGK의 분해도 유도합니다.
